As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, I offer a safe and supportive space where you can explore life’s ups and downs. Together, we’ll identify your needs, set meaningful goals, and work toward a life that feels authentic and true to you.
With over 15 years of experience in educational settings, I’m especially passionate about helping people navigate the challenges that arise between early adolescence and adulthood—including identity development, life transitions, anxiety, and relationships. I also partner with educators and parents of young teens by providing direct support, assisting with 504 plans, and helping bridge communication between students, families, and schools.
I welcome young and adult clients alike navigating intercultural and intergenerational family dynamics, neurodiversity, and LGBTQIA+ identities. I also support clients in exploring the roles technology and AI play in their mental health and in creating healthier, more intentional relationships with these tools. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, honoring your goals, interests, and values while offering strategies and psychoeducation to support growth. Drawing from DBT and CBT, I help clients regulate their nervous systems, build resilience, and strengthen coping skills. When appropriate, I weave music, nature, movement, and pop culture into sessions and between-session work.
If you’re curious about working together, I invite you to schedule a free 15-minute phone or video consultation. I’d love to connect with you!
